1. Service Description

SyncSports provides a sports calendar platform that allows users to follow teams, leagues, and events through synchronized calendars.

We aggregate and update schedules from official and third-party sources. Features may include notifications, schedule updates, and calendar integrations.

We do not guarantee real-time accuracy of all events.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SyncSports.

By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

• Some features may require an account.
• Paid subscriptions, if applicable, grant access to premium features.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in abuse or unauthorized usage.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share private or paid calendar subscription links.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our calendar data.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to extract data.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with our systems.
• Use the service in a way that degrades performance for others.

5. Data & Accuracy Disclaimer

Sports schedules are subject to change by leagues, teams, and organizers.

While SyncSports strives to provide accurate and timely updates, we do not guarantee:

• Accuracy.
• Completeness.
• Real-time updates.

6. Payments & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges.
• Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' prior notice via email or a prominent notification on the platform before any price changes take effect.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and infrastructure of SyncSports, including aggregation logic, design, and platform functionality, are owned by SyncSports or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without authorization.

8. Third-Party Services

SyncSports may integrate with third-party platforms, such as calendar providers like Google Calendar or Apple Calendar.

We are not responsible for:

• Failures or delays caused by third-party services.
• Changes in third-party APIs or behavior.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Misuse the platform.
• Engage in unauthorized data usage.

10. Limitation of Liability

SyncSports is provided "as is" and "as available".

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Missed events.
• Incorrect schedules.
• Service interruptions.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of SyncSports after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles.
